The bearing conforms to the precision standard Annular Bearing Engineers Committee (ABEC) 5 for performance within a narrow range of variation, and its deep grooves make it capable of supporting heavier loads than standard grooves and keeping the Si3N4 (silicon nitride) ceramic balls stable at high speeds. Its stainless-steel cage evenly spaces the rollers balls for even load distribution and prevents contact to reduce friction, vibrations, and noise, and to extend the life of the bearing. The bearing has rubber seals on both sides to keep lubricant in and dust and other contaminants out. The bearing has a 22mm OD and measures 7mm wide.
